DOSIURA for LC-MS DPD deficiency check in plasma

Alsachim, a Shimadzu Group Company, developed DOSIURA, the first turnkey solution for the rapid and multiplex assay of uracil and dihydrouracil by LC-MS/MS for indirect phenotyping of dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD) deficiency. Based on MRM technology and the use of stable labeled internal standards developed in-house by Alsachim, the DOSIURA solution enables simultaneous quantification of uracil and dihydrouracil.
This kit is ready-to-use with all the components and accessories required to monitor the quantification of uracil and dihydrouracil in plasma measurement by Liquid Chromatography coupled to tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) .

  • 3 sets composed by: calibrator with 6 levels and blank, internal standards and quality control with 3 levels
  • ready-to-use consumables: mobile phases, system cleaning solution, extraction buffer, analytical column, LC vials and microtubes

 

DOSIURA is available for 200 analysis and delivered with all documentation (analytical and sample method, quality data sheet, etc.).
The solution for 200 analyses is composed of: mobiles phases A & B, cleaning solution, extraction buffer, quality controls, calibrators, internal standards, analytical column.
