For the GC2014 three types of injectors are available depending on the model. A split/splitless injector is used for capillary column analysis. For packed column analysis a single packed injector as well as a double packed injector are available. Up to 3 injectors can be installed on one GC. All injectors have digital flow control. The split/splitless injector uses the highly reproducible AFC (Advanced Flow control) like in the GC-2010. For the digital control of the packed injectors a dedicated electronic flow control for high accuracy is used.
